The Procedure

  1. Complete and sign 2 copies of Document A and one copy of Document B, available as Adobe® PDF files:

    If you offer a commission rate of less than 10%, eCosway personnel will contact you for further discussion.

  2. Submit the signed original copies of Documents A (both copies) & B directly, by-hand or via courier service to:

  3. Upon receipt of Documents A & B, eCosway shall record the date and time received. Should any controversy arise over duplicate documents received bearing different details for the same merchant, the first set of complete documents bearing the Merchant’s signature and stamp received by eCosway shall be recognized as rightful set for processing the Partner Merchant arrangement.

  4. eCosway will furnish copies of Document A & B to AmBank within 3 working days from receipt of the complete set of documents.

  5. After notification from eCosway, AmBank will contact the Merchant within 30 working days to discuss the Electronic Data Capturing (EDC) facility application and rate. Any necessary EDC facility installation will be pursuant to approval from the Bank.

  6. Upon successful installation of the AmBank EDC facility at the Merchant location, the eCosway Partner Merchant Agreement takes effect.

The Length of Contract

  1. The eCosway Partner Merchant Agreement shall be valid for an initial term of one (1) year effective from the operational date of the AmBank EDC facility. Thereafter, this agreement shall be automatically renewed for another period of one (1) year unless otherwise notified in writing by the Partner Merchant with 3 months advance notice.

  2. In the event that the first Agreement is terminated and the Merchant enters into subsequent Agreement(s) within two (2) years from the first termination date, the Introducer Business Owner as carried in the first Agreement will prevail.

  3. In the event that AmBank terminates or deactivates the EDC facility of the Merchant as a consequence of non-compliance to the Bank's policies, the eCosway Partner Merchant Agreement is automatically terminated.
