ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Upon sucessful processing of your application, you will receive a notification SMS from OnePoint on your registered handphone:

CONGRATULATIONS! Your account is now activated - RM100 will be immediately charged to your credit card and credited into your OnePoint Service account.

 

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

Step 1

Type the sms purchase request: (NOTE: The sms request is not case sensitive):

sell<space><ProductCoe><space><PIN><space>
<destination handphone no(optional)*>

Destination Number - If not specified, the product / credit will automatically be applied to the handphone that sent the sms

Step 2

Send purchase request via SMS to OnePoint at: 016-2211911 or 012-2260911

 

 

ACKNOWLEGEMENT SMS FROM ONEPOINT SERVICE

After every sucessful purchase request, you will receive an SMS acknowledgement confirming the product, amount purchased and credit balance. See the following sample:



 

PRODUCT DELIVERY

You will receive the PIN via SMS for IDD/STD, Maxis and internet Access relaods.


You will not receive a PIN for digi ( 016 ) and Celcom ( 019/013 ) because the reloads are performed autimatically by OnePoint


 

BALANCE INQUIRY

You can check your balance at anytime by sending this request to Onepoint:

To top-up the credit pool,send this sms request to Onepoint

Top-up amounts will be charge to the credit card you registered with OnePoint.
Top-up are available in multiples of RM100, up to a maximum of RM500.
