Cosway Dealer Rewards
Term and conditions
- Information on how to qualify for this Dealer Rewards including without limitation, the “Dealer Rewards Structure” forms part these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Reward programme is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by U Mobile without notice.
- This Reward programme commences at 9am from 1 January 2010 and ends at 5pm on 31st December 2010. The Reward programme applies each month as follows:-

- Participation is open to Malaysian residents who are Cosway Members and who have met the minimum qualifying requirements stated in the “Reward Structure”. Employees of U Mobile and its related companies, their agencies, dealers, distributors, sponsors and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Results once announced are final. Disputes or appeals will not be entertained.
- All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all warranties in connection with this Reward programme. All participants agree to release U Mobile from, and indemnify U Mobile against, all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising out of acceptance or use of any prize(s) or participation in this Reward programme.
- All prizes must be collected on the day stated in U Mobile’s notice. Collection of prizes is the responsibility of each participant. If for any reason a participant does not collect the prize at the time stated then that prize will be forfeited by the participant and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize.
- U Mobile may at its discretion, without notice, substitute a similar prize or one of equivalent value which is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Each participant consents to the use of his particulars, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format (including without limitation, the internet) without further compensation or notice and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by U Mobile.
- In these Terms and Conditions:-
active subscriber means U Mobile’s subscriber who has not terminated his account or whose account has not been suspended or terminated by U Mobile.
Cosway means Cosway (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No: 50118-A) or eCosway.com Sdn Bhd (Company No: 509213-A) or both.
Cosway Member means a member of the network marketing program of Cosway who is registered according to Cosway’s prescribed membership terms.
CRP activation means a Cosway Member who subscribes to U Mobile’s mobile communications services made available by U Mobile to Cosway Members.
Festive Month means each calendar month stated in Paragraph 2 (a) to (c) above.
U Mobile means U Mobile Sdn Bhd (223969-U).
Dealer Rewards Structure
- Qualified participants will be determined based on the total number of CRP activation accepted by U Mobile within each month. Details of the qualifying requirements are as follows:--

- Any subscriber introduced by a participant must be an active subscriber at the close of each month. A subscriber who is inactive will not be regarded as a CRP activation concluded by that participant.
- Qualified participants will be announced 10 days after the end of each Festive Month during the Rewards programme in the eCosway weekly update and Cosway Partner Merchants website:
